Reporting and Assessment

Every student has different strengths and abilities. We recognise this and strive to support both their academic and personal development, so they can excel—whatever their interests.

When a student joins our school, we create a unique flight plan tailored to their abilities. This helps us identify trends, set realistic targets, and spot students who may have special educational needs or are gifted and talented.

To support this, all students have a one-to-one target-setting meeting with their form tutor at the start of each academic year. This allows us to monitor progress, review targets, and address any difficulties early on.

We also work closely with parents to ensure they understand their child’s current level and what they are expected to work towards. Through parents’ evenings, target evaluations, and the Compass App, parents can stay informed about their child’s progress, attendance, behaviour, and reports.
