A school is ultimately a reflection of its staff, both teachers and support staff. At Islamia Girls School we are blessed with an exceptionally dedicated and friendly team of people who help to make the school a home away from home, where the welfare of students is our first priority. In particular, all our teaching staff have qualified teacher status gained in the UK, and often with many years of teaching experience.

Most teachers have been working at our school for several years. In selecting teachers we place emphasis on moral values as well as competence. This means that we are open to teachers from all faiths. We are fortunate to have a dedicated team that is committed to helping students achieve their full academic potential whilst at the same time cultivating integrity and good moral character. Staff development is actively encouraged through on-going professional training and the quality of teaching is regularly monitored to ensure that high standards are maintained.
